The mental and physical benefits of Yoga have been well proven, but most people only practice occasionally. Yoga Break provides short 5-15 minute sessions that can be incorporated at any time of the day.
Yoga Break goes the distance though: you can earn achievements and track your activity to stay encouraged and motivated! Full audio, video and image instruction means you are never left wondering how to perform a particular pose. Yoga Break was designed with beginners in mind.
